HEAVEN & HELL lanzará “Breaking Out Of Heaven 2007-2009”, el gran repaso a la etapa final de Dio

El recopilatorio sobre el último capítulo de Ronnie James Dio junto a miembros de BLACK SABBATH llegará el 27 de marzo en formatos 4CD/Blu-ray y 7LP

BMG en Europa y Reino Unido, junto a Rhino en Norteamérica, editarán el 27 de marzo “Breaking Out Of Heaven 2007–2009”, una nueva retrospectiva centrada en la última etapa del cantante Ronnie James Dio junto a Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler y Vinny Appice bajo el nombre de HEAVEN & HELL.

El lanzamiento estará disponible en formatos 4 CDs/Blu-ray y 7 LPs.

El regreso de HEAVEN & HELL entre 2007 y 2009

La colección repasa el periodo comprendido entre 2007 y 2009, cuando los músicos retomaron su colaboración décadas después de su primera etapa conjunta en BLACK SABBATH. Este reencuentro se materializó tanto en directo como en estudio, dando lugar a una gira internacional y a un nuevo álbum de estudio firmado como HEAVEN & HELL.

Contenido y formatos del box set

“Breaking Out Of Heaven 2007–2009” incluirá en ambas ediciones un libro ilustrado con nuevas notas escritas por Hugh Gilmour, además de una réplica del tour book y un póster. El lanzamiento recoge el álbum de estudio “The Devil You Know”, el directo “Live From Radio City Music Hall” y “Neon Nights: 30 Years Of Heaven & Hell – Live At Wacken”.

La caja destaca por presentar por primera vez el concierto completo de Radio City Music Hall en vinilo y por incluir ocho temas inéditos en este formato, entre ellos grabaciones de estudio procedentes de “The Dio Years” y varias interpretaciones en directo.

Material audiovisual en Blu-ray

La edición en Blu-ray amplía el contenido con los vídeos de “Live From Radio City Music Hall” y “Neon Nights: 30 Years Of Heaven & Hell – Live At Wacken”, además de entrevistas con los miembros de la banda. Coincidiendo con el anuncio, ya se ha publicado un vídeo remasterizado en HD del tema “Bible Black”.

Un periodo clave en la trayectoria de Dio

El recopilatorio documenta el regreso de HEAVEN & HELL a los escenarios en 2007 con su actuación en Nueva York, la publicación en 2009 del álbum de estudio “The Devil You Know”, que alcanzó el Top 10 en listas, y el posterior directo grabado en el festival alemán Wacken Open Air ese mismo año.
